How to get there?

We are in the Sierra Norte de Madrid, 52km from the town of Segovia and 74 or 92km from Madrid depending on the route. Rascafría can be reached by car or by bus.

BY CAR: (You can see the routes by clicking on the map below)

• Route 1 (92 km, yellow): Go along the A-1 (highway) to exit km 69 "Rascafria-Lozoya", take the M-604.
• Route 2 (74 km, blue): Go along the M-607 (highway) towards Colmenar Viejo-Tres Cantos up to the 35 km exit and along the M-609 toward Soto del Real-Miraflores. At Miraflores take the M-611 ( mountain pass) to Rascafría.
• Route 3 (76 km, red): Go along the A-6(highway) towards La Coruna to the 39 km exit Puerto Navacerrada-Segovia then along the M-601, once reaching the top of the mountain pass of Navacerrada take the exit along the M-604 to Puerto de Cotos- Rascafría.

BY BUS: There are three buses (morning and afternoon)to Rascafria that leave from Plaza Castilla in Madrid, the bus company is Continental Auto and you can check the timetable at the following telephone number or web site:
